Inspiration for this card came from
Dawn and Friends. It is a very elegant and eye catching card. Everyone I show it to ooohs and aaahs over it. The tray is made from the Scallop Border Punch, 1-3/4" Circle Punch and a rectangle I cut out with scissors. The ribbon on this card is a sneak peak from the up coming Holiday Mini. Just love that shimmer and sparkle!
